APPROACH
My Approach To Therapy.
Detailed Assessment – The first step in my therapeutic sessions is to assess your individual needs, concerns, and goals in detail. This involves a comprehensive evaluation of your mental health history, symptoms, and any relevant situational and environmental factors. I work collaboratively with you to understand your unique experiences and determine the best course of treatment that meets your specific needs.
Individualized Treatment – Once I have identified your goals and concerns, I will utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness based approaches to develop an individualized treatment plan that will help you achieve your goals. I am strong believer of empowering you with the tools and skills necessary to identify and modify negative patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be impacting your life.
Consistent Follow-Ups – The final step in my approach to therapy is consistent follow-ups. I believe that progress only arrives from commitment, and thus, I will regularly check in with you to collect feedback, monitor your progress and make adjustments as needed. My goal is to create a healthy, long-term, and collaborative relationship with you to support your mental health and well-being. Together, we will work to identify areas of progress and challenges, celebrate achievements, and make adjustments as needed to keep you on the path of achieving your dream life.
